"The aim of this course is to have participants consider the ethical and professional challenges and issues surrounding reporting on children. It has an emphasis on developing practical skills and techniques to equip journalists to deal with the challenges associated with reporting on children and children's issues, in particular, the sexual exploitation of children in tourism. The course is primarily designed for working journalists, photographers and editors. The course is designed to engage journalists from all media (print, radio, tv and online). Participants do not have to specialise in child rights issues to benefit from the workshop. The course is designed to operate over one day with approximately 20-25 participants. These Trainers Notes are a step-by-step guide for how to conduct the course." (Page 1)
