Code of Ethics

International Media Support (IMS) (2019), 4 pp.
This Code of Ethics serves to inform beneficiaries, donors and the public of the internal guidelines, whereby IMS maintains the highest standards of integrity, governance, financial management, partnerships and implementation of our mission. This Code of Ethics consists of three parts: A brief introduction to IMS; Guiding Principles (principles must be adhered to, when in a business relationship with IMS); Code of Conduct (outlines mandatory courses of action for specific situations). The principles and the standards of conduct set out in this Code of Ethics must be adhered to by: (List is non-exhaustive) IMS staff, Members of the board of IMS, Entities and/or individuals partnering with IMS, Consultants hired by IMS. Failure to comply may lead IMS to terminate the relevant business relationship. The IMS Code of Ethics takes inspiration from the Code of Ethics adopted by the World Association of Non-Governmental Organizations on 5 March 2005.
