Wir bekommen so schließlich von den 33 Millionen Dollar nur 250.000 Dollar je Jahr, zu denen noch Gelder aus unseren anderen Mitteln kommen, so dass wir sagen können, dass wir für die Entwicklungsarbeit auf dem Gebiete der Massenmedien etwa 350.000 bis 400.000 Dollar je Jahr zur Verfügung haben, also etwa 1,5 Millionen DM. Diese Summe muss dann noch einmal zwischen Presse, Nachrichtenagenturen, Film, Funk und Fernsehen verteilt werden." (Seite 81-82)
