Organisation suisse à but non-lucratif, la Fondation Hirondelle fournit de l’information à des populations confrontées à des crises, pour leur permettre d’agir dans leur vie quotidienne et citoyenne. En décembre 2017, le CICR et la Fondation Hirondelle ont signé un accord de partenariat (MOU) pour favoriser les collaborations entre leurs équipes sur le terrain. Cet atelier fut l’un des fruits de cet accord de partenariat. A son issue, nous voulons garder une trace écrite des bonnes pratiques en la matière et vous proposer deux parties simples, didactiques, dont le but est d’être facilement utilisables: les «dix règles d’or pour une bonne production radio» et le «choix de la bonne production radiophonique et son évaluation»." Comencemos conociendo la actividad que ha sido más frecuente entre nosotros, los eventos breves de capacitación, los talleres. Veamos qué criterios pedagógicos podemos sacar de ellos. Luego nos asomaremos a una panorámica más amplia. Ya contamos con varios libros de producción radiofónica. Este pequeño manual se refiere a las metodologías para capacitar en dicha producción. No entro en temas siempre urgentes para las emisoras como la sostenibilidad, la gestión, las modernas tecnologías, las legislaciones. As India witnesses an endeavour to erect a nationwide network of thousands of autonomous, locally orientated community radio stations, it becomes necessary to build a set of codes of practice for this third tier of broadcasting so that it does not become a clone of mainstream media. This paper looks at some of these principles that the community radio sector in India must hold as sacred in order to strengthen civil society, journalism practices and democracy in India."
