This dual training programme aims to qualify as an academically certified journalist, recognised by professional associations and media fields. The proposal also set out to recommend further academic qualifications for journalism lecturers and professional training for practising journalists in Afghanistan, as well as recommendations for the legal, administrative and practical and/or administrative steps required for the medium-term establishment and trials of the model."
